CURRENT TENANT POLICIES
Rent is due on the 1st or 15th of the month. (Check your Lease)
After the 5th or 20th (Depending on when your rent is due) There is a $25 late fee and $5 per day every day after.
Fees will be charged on all credit card payments.
If there is more than one rent check, please bring them in all at the same time. Remember to write your address in the memo section of your check every month.
We encourage direct & auto payments. Please contact us for information.
Venmo is also accepted.
Rent can be dropped off or mailed to our office.
Please email us and we will have our maintenance man come and look at it.
If he can't fix it, we will call someone who can.
Remember that if it is neglect on your part, you will be charged for it.
LAWN CARE & SNOW REMOVAL
Tenants are responsible for:
Mowing the Lawn
If it is not mowed in a timely manner, you will be charged to have it done.
Removal of leaves from the yard & gutters
If it is not done in a timely manner, you will be charged to have it done.
It is your responsibility to make sure the smoke detectors are in working order.
Modifying the smoke detector or removing the batteries is against the law!
Don't risk your life!
Replacing your furnace filters every month during the winter will drastically reduce your heat bill.
Replace them every 2-3 months the rest of the year.
All utilities must be put into your name before the start of the lease period.
It is cheaper to have the utility companies switch the service into your name (even if the service starts a day or two before you move in) than to be charged a hook-up fee.
